2. Material
For sewed/stitched inflatable Combo: We use best PVC tarpaulin 0.55mm or lightweight ripstop nylon material.Our material is commercial grade PVC tarpaulin. It is water-proof, fire-retardant, UV-treated and passed SGS certificate. It has mesh fabric with pvc coating to provide the material higher strength and flexibility.

Best material is very important for inflatable tent. All inflatable tents of Funworld are made from high durability fire-retardant 0.4mm PVC tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two PVC coated sides with a strong net fabric inside. And the material has passed EN71-2-3,ROHS and SGS,TUV test.
2. Firm stitching
We make double-stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress points; double stitching inside and double stitching outside, which make sure the inflatable tent is strong enough for playing.
3.Vivid artwork
We mainly have digital printing, silk printing and hand painting. We imported the digital printing machine from Japan, which prints quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets SGS standard. Moreover, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, which makes our products not to be sticky and no color fade, but to sustain a long time.
4. Certificated blower: for this inflatable tent
(1), CE blower: 220V 50HZ, 1500W, plug can be customized;
(2), UL blower: 115V, 60HZ, 1500W, plug can be customized.
5. Easy deflation
We make enough air-out zippers for each inflatable tent according to the requirement of EN 14960, which can help you deflate this inflatable tent more quickly. We reinforce for all the zipper joints, and there is a zipper cover by Velcro material, which helps to disperse the zipper’s stress.
