Sappolo Bond 7937 is a silicone alkyl terminated polyether, is medium – high viscosity moisture curing sealant. As a part of the new generation of Ultra high quality adhesives Sappolo Bond 7937 combines the strength advantages of a polyurethane and the durability of a silicone. With a long operating period and high modulus Sappolo Bond 7937 has high elasticity is resistant to UV and has excellent weather resistant qualities. Free of solvents and isocyanates Sappolo Bond 7937 offers great environmental protection.

| PREPARATION | Remove old PU from aperture leaving. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from all traces of dust, dirt. More detailed information on these products can be found in the individual MSDS, this information is intended as general advice only. |
| APPLICATION | Cartridges – Pierce the cartridge membrane Sausages – Place sausage in the application gun and cut off closure clip. The tip of the nozzle is to be snipped or trimmed and screwed onto the cartridge. If using a sausage attach the nozzle using the adaptor to the sau sage. Cut the nozzle in a ‘V’ shape to the required height. We recommend to use a piston type application gun. To ensure a uniform thickness and height of the adhesive we recommend that you apply the product in a triangular bead form. All glass must be installed within a maxi mum time of ten minutes from application of adhesive. Sappolo Bond 7937 is suitable for use in a wide range of climates but the ideal environmental conditions for use is between 10-30 degrees Centigrade and 50-70 % humidity. |
