Technical Data Sheet
HT 8960H high-performance polyurethane adhesive is single component, black, high strength, medium viscosity and low shrink. Bond line will become elastomer after curing, has good resistance for heat , cold changed and variation of stresses. Be appropriate for pneumatic glue gun or mechanical arm to construct, excellent thixotropy, no flowing, low curing contractibility rate, get acknowledgement from auto original factory.
Application
Auto original factory glass bonding and sealing, widely used in car, passenger car, high-speed train and other large windshield glass bonding and sealing.

Instructions
Clean surface: clean up the glueing face, eliminate rust, dust, water and greasy dirt.
Glueing: cut a proper hole on the glue tube opener, the hole’s inner diameter must on the basis of glueing width, loaded on glue gun, then start on glueing.
Base coate: should cooperate with appointed activating agent 8902 and appointed base coating agent 8906 or glass finishing agent. Base coate drying time usual is 10-30 minutes, specific time is depend on work temperature, start to glue after drying.
Curing: environmental humiture have big impact on polyurethane glue’s drying time and curing. Humiture too low, curing will slow down; humiture too high, drying will be fast. The best operating environment is: temperature 20～30℃, humidity 50～70%RH. Construction should be careful if over these data. During glueing and curing, polyurethane glue must avoid touching chemicals which contain hydroxy, amino, this metarial will lead to polyurethane glue not curing or curing is not fully.
How to store: tighten up unspent glue immediately and seal the opening to keep. Next use, the opening would have a little crust, just wipe if off use it as usual. During keeping, orifice possible have a little crust, eliminate it would not affect performance.

If product touch your eyes carelessly, wipe your eyes with cloth before curing, then wash with water.
If product touch your skin carelessly, flush with water immediately.
We suggest to use it in a place with good ventilation.
