Huitian^® 8667 is a two-component polyurethane bonding adhesive that can bond a wide range of materials. Good adhesion to most plastic substrates (Polyester, PP, PP+LGF, SMC, ABS, ASA, PC+ABS, PC, etc.) after flame or plasma treatment.

Typical applications

Bonding of steel plates, aluminum plates, galvanized steel plates, cement, ceramics, wood, glass, glass steel and other materials.

*25 ℃ curing 30min to achieve the initial bonding strength, increase the curing temperature, can shorten the time to achieve the initial bonding strength, 60-80 ℃ curing 2-5min can achieve the initial bonding strength.

Directions For Use

Clean-up: Clean up the surface to be bonded, making it clean and dry, flame or plasma treated.

Glue preparation: Prepare the glue as per the ratio of A: B=0.85:1(W/W) 1:1(V/V) and mix evenly.

Gluing: Evenly apply the mixed glue on the part to be glued, and the mixed glue color is gray.

Curing: Determine the appropriate pressing temperature and time according to the actual process rhythm, otherwise bonding failure may occur.

Cautions

Keep away from children for storage.

If eyes or skin are accidentally exposed to the product, rinse immediately with water.
