Internal Spiral Brush

The internal coiled brush is a tailor-made straight strip brush that has been molded into a cylindrical shape, with the bristles pointing inward. The tightly wound filaments inside the coiled brush are arranged closely together. Generally, the coiled brush remains stationary while the product moves through it. These specialized brushes are multifunctional and can be utilized for effective sealing, cleaning, or preparing products for secondary applications. In some cases, these brushes are also employed to clean or wipe the outer surface of a shaft, preventing debris from causing damage as the shaft rotates.
