Customizable Water Treatment Pumping System - Self-Priming Acid And Alkali Resistant Pumps
1 . Descriptions:
Self-priming acid and alkali resistant pump is a self-priming pump specially designed for transferring corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis. It combines the self-priming function of the self-priming pump and the corrosion-resistant characteristics of the acid and alkali resistant pump. The self-priming acid-resistant pump is made of stainless steel 304 machined and manufactured with a motor extension shaft shaft connected to a standard motor, which is equipped with a Teflon shaft sleeve, so that there will be no contact between this shaft combination and the pumped chemical potion or solution. The mechanical shaft seal is permanently immersed in the solution and is cooled by the solution pumped in the pump, so that even if the pump is shut down, no crystallization will form around the shaft seal.
