Customizable Water Treatment Storage Equipment - Lime Supply Tank
1 . Descriptions:
Lime feed tanks, also known as lime silos, are usually large, airtight containers with smooth interiors to prevent lime powder from adhering and clumping, and are manufactured using corrosion- and wear-resistant materials, such as stainless steel or specialty steels, to extend the service life of the equipment. Lime is transported from the tank to the point of use by means of a feeding device (e.g. screw conveyor, pneumatic conveying system). Equipped with automated control system, such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to monitor and control the feeding process in real time. And level sensors are installed to monitor the storage capacity of lime in the tank and automatically prompt for lime replenishment.
