1 . Descriptions:
A centrifugal ventilator is a device that utilizes the centrifugal force generated by a rotating impeller to increase the pressure of a gas and transport it.The working principle of centrifugal ventilator is to inhale and accelerate the gas through the rotating impeller, and then use the centrifugal force to fling the gas to the outer edge of the casing, and then discharge the gas through the diffuser or guiding vanes to complete the pressurization and conveying.
The specific working principle is that the gas enters into the center of the impeller from the air inlet, the impeller rotates at high speed, the gas is accelerated between the blades, the gas is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, the kinetic energy is transformed into pressure energy, and the pressurized gas is discharged uniformly through the diffuser or guiding vanes, and it is discharged from the exhaust port.
