1 . Descriptions:
Automatic backwash valve is a kind of valve used for automated control of backwashing process, which cleans the media in the filter or filtration system by reversing the water flow, removing the deposited impurities and restoring the filtration efficiency. The working principle of the automatic backwash valve is to automatically trigger the backwash process through the automatic control system according to the preset conditions (such as time interval, pressure difference or flow rate change), the water flow enters the filter through the water inlet, the filtration medium intercepts the impurities in the water, and the purified water flows out from the water outlet, and the automatic backwash valve switches to the backwash mode when it reaches the preset conditions of backwash (such as timing, pressure difference or flow rate change). The reverse water flow enters the filter through the backwash port, the strong water flow flushes the filter medium, takes away the impurities, the impurities washed down are discharged through the discharge port, and the filter medium is cleaned and regenerated, after the end of the backwash, the automatic backwash valve is switched back to the normal filtration mode, and the filtration system resumes normal operation.
