1 . Descriptions:
A condenser is a device used to cool a gas or vapor into a liquid state, usually using a cooling medium (such as water or air) to accomplish this process. The main function of a condenser is to remove heat from a hot gas, causing it to condense into a liquid. Hot gases or vapors into the condenser, through the condenser internal piping or surface, and external cooling medium (water or air) for heat exchange between the condenser in the cooling medium flow through the piping or cooling surface, absorbing heat, so that the condenser internal temperature is reduced, when the temperature of the hot gases or vapors to the saturation temperature of the following, which began to condense the water vapor into a liquid, condensation of liquid collected at the bottom of the condenser, so that the gas will be condensed into a liquid, and thus the condenser. The condensed liquid is collected at the bottom of the condenser, thus converting the gas or vapor into liquid state. After the condensation process, the remaining cooled gas or vapor, with its temperature significantly reduced, is discharged through the condenser outlet.
