1 . Descriptions:
The reaction tank plays a pivotal role in sewage treatment, facilitating chemical reactions to remove or transform organic and inorganic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other substances. This ensures compliance with national discharge standards and enables water reuse, making it crucial for both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
In the treatment process, sewage undergoes primary and intermediate treatment before entering the reaction tank via pipelines. Through the addition of agents, oxygenation, and other measures, harmful substances are rapidly degraded and eliminated to achieve purification in both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
Typically, the reaction tank structure includes the main pool, conversion tank, and secondary sedimentation tank. In the main pool, sewage reacts with added agents and mechanical equipment, gradually transforming wastewater into reusable resources through processes like REDOX, hydrolysis, and acidification. The conversion tank is critical, where organic matter is primarily degraded by microbial action. Mechanical agitation within the reaction tank enhances contact between sewage and biological flora, accelerating reaction rates in both systems.
In the final purification step, treated water enters the secondary sedimentation tank. Here, suspended matter precipitates out, preparing the water for subsequent treatment processes in both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems, ensuring high-quality effluent.
