1 . Descriptions:
Pure water mixed bed system is one of the component in wastewater treatment system and pure water treatment system, mainly through the ion exchange resin to remove the ion impurities in the water and produce high purity water. Pure water mixed-bed system mainly consists of cation exchange resin and anion exchange resin, which are mixed together to form a mixed bed. When water passes through the mixed bed, the cations (such as calcium, magnesium, sodium) in the water are adsorbed by the cation exchange resin, and the anions (such as chlorine, sulfate, carbonate) are adsorbed by the anion exchange resin, so that all the ionic impurities in the water are removed, and high purity water is produced.

1. High purity water: Mixed-bed system can remove all cations and anions in water, and the conductivity of the produced water is very low, usually up to 0.1 μS/cm or less, close to the theoretical pure water.
2. Simple and efficient: relatively simple operation, only need to regularly monitor the water quality and resin regeneration, system operation is stable and reliable.
3. Compact design: The system is compact, with a small footprint, suitable for a variety of occasions.
4. Automatic control:Modern mixed-bed systems are usually equipped with an automated control system that monitors water quality and operating conditions in real time and automatically performs regeneration and switching operations.
