1 . Descriptions:
The working principle of the PLC control cabinet is to process the input signals through PLC and output control signals according to the preset control program to control the operation of various electrical equipment. The basic working principle is that input devices such as sensors and switches transmit signals (e.g., current, voltage, temperature, pressure, etc.) to the input module of the PLC. The input signals can be digital (switching) or analog (continuous). The PLC processes the input signals according to a pre-written program. The program contains logic judgment, arithmetic, timing, etc., and generates corresponding output signals according to different input states. The PLC transmits the processed control signals to the output module, which sends the control signals to the actuating devices, such as contactors, relays, motors, etc. The actuating devices carry out the corresponding actions according to the control signals. According to the control signal, the actuating equipment carries out corresponding operations, such as starting or stopping the motor, opening or closing the valve, etc. The operator monitors and operates the system through the HMI. The HMI displays the real-time status of the system, parameters, and allows the operator to make settings and adjustments. Through the HMI, the operator can start or stop the equipment, modify the control parameters, view the alarm information, etc. This system is integral to both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems, ensuring efficient control and monitoring.
