1 . Descriptions:
The pressure relief valve is a device used to protect the safety of the system in both pure water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems. When the pressure in the system exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve automatically opens, releasing the excessive pressure and preventing damage to equipment or piping due to overpressure.
In the normal operation of the system, when the pressure is lower than the set value, the force exerted by the spring through the adjusting bolt presses the spool against the valve seat, keeping the valve closed and preventing fluid from passing through. Once the pressure in the system exceeds the set value, the fluid pressure acting on the spool becomes greater than the compression force of the spring, pushing the spool away from the seat. The valve then opens, and the fluid is released through the discharge port, reducing the pressure in the system. This mechanism is crucial for maintaining the safety and efficiency of both pure water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems.
