4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
Shredding principle
The material through the feeding system into the shredding chamber ,The material is taken up by the cutting rotor and shredded repeatedly against the stator blade, using the tried-and-tested rotor/stator principle. This continues until the desired size has been achieved and the material can pass through the perforated screen underneath.
How to choose suitable blade?
a. SW type knife body structure
applicable to tearing the general product, such as aluminum engine shell and other fragile material
b. VZ type knife body structure
applicable to tearing thin materials, such as packaging aluminum, car shell and so on.
c. Pineapple knife body structure
suitable for tearing circuit boards and other hard plastic, can tear the material to 10mm below the size.
