The processed waste wood products can be recycling for very wide range use, the Joful industrial waste wood shredder is used as pre shredder for waste wood pallet. We have different kinds of design like single shaft shredder ,double shaft shredder and four shaft shredder . The crushed wood pallets can be used as raw materials for producing MDF board,pallets etc,aslo can be used as fertilizer for plant,or as animals' bed for farm breeding use .
The double shaft shredder as pre shredder for waste wood pallet,with very tough torque, and large feeding hopper. The wall of the hopper use very thick steel plate so very durable for use. It can hold many pieces wood pallets together feeding and shredding. Besides, we also can equipped machine with magnetic separation system,because there may be metal like nails inside of pallets, the shredded wood come out from the shredding chamber, those metal staffs can be adsorb on conveyor belt which with magnet,and then be transferred to degaussing belt direction,then they will be drop off . The shredded wood will be transferred in the other direction. So you will have no trouble to recycle use the shredded wood chips.
