The Joful Scrap Metal Shredder Machine can meet the demand on shredding thick /hard materials, such as e-waste, plastic, scrap metal, wood, scrap rubber, drums, pallets,waste bicycle and car etc. The crushed materials can be directly recycled or processed in accordance with the needs for further refinement. The machine can handle scrap metal with thickness within 10mm,the rotary blades can use integral blades or assemble blades,normally for shred heavy metal scrap we recommend assemble blades,for long time view the assemble blade type is more economic for clients.
The scrap metal shredder features with low speed high torque, low noise , PLC control system, automatic control, with start, stop, reverse and reverse automatic overload control function.It also adopt with a hydraulic driver to increase the torque,making the working process more stable,and resulting in less worn mechanical components.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
