The exactly delivery time depend on which model you need, working voltage request, and workshop existing order status

Amount above 10,000USD, 30% deposit, 70% balance
Amount below 10,000UD, 40% deposit, 60% balance
We support client personal check finish machine, third party agent test the finish machine, we can also make finish machine cutting test and take video for client check to confirm the finish machine conditiona
Installation
a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
b. If necessary we also support abroad installation and training your workers
Guarantee
Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
Using & Maintenance Tips
| Put the machine on a open flat place, avoid metal materials during using, this will damage or even broken the blades |
| Please sharpening the blades regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and your daily working hours, pls following our suggestion |
| Runing the empty machine for 30 minutes after install, to check if every parts install and work well |
| Please do not repair the machine yourself, if any problem happened, pls stop the machine firstly and contact us, we will solve your problem in the first time |
