Working Principle
Joful J series cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife design , with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, high speed rotating cutting, the discharge port with detachable screen, screen size can be customizable as your cutting final size request, one machine can equipped with different size screen, fully meet your cutting size request

* Normally four parts: Main machine, Input belt, Output belt, Blades sharpening device, Customized mesh screen
* Can also add other parts per client's request, such like: Dusty removal device, Fan device, Metal detector, Opener machine device, sorting machine, spare blades etc

Application

1. Before we quote you price, we need to know your cutting materials, hourly capacity and cutting final size request. 

2. Please operated and maintenance the machine according to our user manual

3. Do not try to repair the machine yourself, pls contact us firstly if any problems happened 

4. Running the empty machine for 30 minutes after install, check every parts workes well 

5. Put the machine on a  open flat place, avoid tilt 

6. Sharpening the blades as we suggest you 

7. Avoid metal in your materials, that will hurt the blades 

Trading Term & After Sales Guarantee 

1. Delivery Time: 5-40 working days after deposit arrived, depend on which model you need and working voltage request, for small regular voltage machine we have stock supply available

2. Payment Term: amount above 10,000USD, 30% deposit, 70% balance after you check and test the machine is ok, before shipping , amount below 10,000USD, 40% deposit, 60% balance

3. Installation

a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing

b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Guarantee: Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
