Using Tips
1. Please put the machine in a open flat place
2. Avoid metal materials, that will hurt the blades
3. Running the empty machine for 30 minutes, after machine finish installation, to check if every parts works well
4. Please sharpening the blades (moving blades and fix blades) regularly according to our suggest
5. Please do not try to fix or repair the machine yourself if any problem happen, pls contact us firstly, we will solve your problem in the first time
After Sales Support & Guarantee
d: We supply spare wear parts (rotary blades and fix blades), ensure the machine a long lifespan
Guarantee
Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors.
