Product Description of the industrial ironing machine
-Thanks to inverter, users can select suitable speed for different linen of our calendar ironing machine. The steam with pressure is supplied through roll (rolls) so that the ironing area can be heated evenly and effectively. Driven by the combination of belt and chain, big loading and good buffering have greatly increased ironing quality.
-High speed reducing rate and low noice as a result of the reducer installed for the indusrial ironer machine. Spindle tape drive is adopted instead of canvas, which can make tranferrence smoothly. The steam inlet is sealed with rotary joint to avoid leakage and ensure long service life.
-It has wide applications, including calendering and straightening various cloth and fabrics, Non-woven fabric calendering and straightening processing, Shoe materials, linings, imitation leather, PU cloth calendering and straightening processing.
-Importantly, the casing and the auxiliary are welded with superior quality carbon structures, strong and durable. The main roller and the auxiliary roller and of differential designs so as to effectively enhance the planeness and evenness of the ironed fabrics.
