Pavers / Casting Mould Concrete Vibrating / Vibration Table are utilized for compacting materials as well as for loosening bulk material by vibration. Applications of Vibrating table are typically used in are compacting, such as eliminating the air from the mould / paving/ bricks, compaction of packing, concrete mixes or knock out of molds. Vibration table is mainly composed of: bracket, table, vibration motor, shock absorption institutions.
Introduction
Pavers / Casting Mould Concrete Vibrating / Vibration Table can be found in a open or closed design and can also be designed for the demand of a sanitary environment. The operations of the vibrating tables are typically compaction/removal of air from miscellaneous materials, shake-outs at foundries, vibration of cartons and cans for reducing packaging size, vibration of bags and sacks on pallets for stabilization before wrapping and testing of electronic equipment etc. at various frequencies.
Working Principle
Pavers / Casting Mould Concrete Vibrating / Vibration Table is mainly composed of four parts.They are bracket, countertops, vibration, shock absorption institutions. Rubber springs and 2~8 vibrating motors are used together to vibrate materials from all directions (up and down, left and right, front and rear),leading to the effect of two or three-dimensional shake.)
1. Through adjusting the location of vibrating motor,to realize the 3-dimension vibration.
2. The height of table can be adjustable,which is apply to assembly line.
3. vibrating motor is the vibration source,low noise,low energy and simple maintain.
4. Equipped with electromagnetic vibrator.
5. Equipped with 1 or 2 vibration motors.
6. The maximum item weight is approx. 2000 kg.
7. The design and all dimensions are tailored to the specific job.
8. The equipment consists of a tabletop, equipped with one or more drive units, and a stationary frame.

10. The tabletop and the support frame are manufactured in S.S. 304 /316.
