TD Cotton Canvas Belt Closed Type Powder Lifting Bucket Elevator is specially designed for vertical elevating for bulk materials of powders, granular, and small blocks, it adopts belt as the traction part, there are a series of buckets assembled on the belt which loads the materials. The max elevating height of belt bucket elevator is 40 meters.The features of bucket elevator are: simple structure, stable operation, centrifugal discharging. Belt type bucket elevator is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemicals, power plant, agriculture and quarry industries, and so on.
Introduction
The bucket elevator can be belt or chain bucket lift. Both can be used for transporting power, granule and lump materials vertically. It's compact structure and less room. It can run in high level and with good seal property. The belt bucket elevator is light and convenient, with easy maintained and low noise. It can be used for transporting density less than 1.5t/m³ or granule materials. The chain bucket elevator is heavy loading and convenient for maintainence. It can also be used for transporting large capacity and density more than 5t/m³ or lump material.
Advantages
1) Bucket elevator has less requirement on materials, features and the bulk. It can lift, the powder, granular and bulk materials.
2) The max lifting capacity is 4,600m3/h.
3) Bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding, gravity induced discharge, and use large capacity hopper.
4) The traction parts adopt wear-resistant chains and steel wire belt to extend the service life of the traction parts.
5) Bucket elevator runs smoothly, generally the lifting height is 40m or even higher.
