Introduction
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a derivative of the rotary vibrating screen, which achieves the purpose of high efficiency sieving & screen cleaning, and makes it easy to sieve the superfine powder. It uses vertical motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentric hammer on the both sides of motor ,change cir cum rotate to level ,upright and incline movement,then pass these three movement to surface of the screen. Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement track of the surface screen. This will help to screen different materiel in different situation successfully.
1. UltrasonIc wave: Add an ultrasonic accelerated speed to ultra-fine powder, so that solve the screen ciogging factors like adherency, friction, incuneation and so on, to increase screening effect and screen cleaning efficiency.
2. UltrasonIc generator: Ultrasomic vibrating screen power is the core technology of ultrasonic vibratinf screen. It is crucial to solve screen clogging problem, which make screening of vibrating screen much more fine, high efficiency and larger application.
3. Ultrasonic screen frame: Use one ultrasonic ppower and connected to a screen cleaning transducer. Contact the clogged screen and radiant surface of ultrasonic transducer, relative displancement can clean the clog in the screen damage to screen surface quality.
