10.1 Inch Widescreen 1280x800 Touch Screen Overlay for Industrial Equipment

TPS1019035V1 is a multi-touch PCAP touch screen overlay. It is a 0.7mm thickness ITO technology touch sensor optically bond with a front glass to protect it. The top glass is chemically strengthened and the surface hardness is above 6H pencil hardness. It is anti-scratch and anti-vadal. It is capable of passing IK08, a 500g steel ball falling from 1 meter height. It supports multi-touch, compatible with most operating systems, Windows, Android and Linux. 

Aspect ratio of this touch sensor is 16:10. It matches 1920x1200 and 1280x800 resolutions 10.1 inch TFT LCD panel. It is recommended for industrial appliacations and medical imaging. EV101WXM-N10 and EV101FHM-N20 are the two popular TFT-LCD models, working together with our TPS1019035V1. For outdoor appliaction, we recommend a high brightness TFT-LCD to work with it. The LCD is G101EVN03.1 with 1000nits brightness from AUO. Such brigtness makes this module perform perfect in the direct sunlight.

The surface cover of capacitive screen is tempered glass, and its surface is very hard, and its hardness can reach more than 6H. The restructure is glass on glass. The strengthened front glass is optically bonded on the projected capacitive touchscreen sensor glass, which makes it strong and anti-vandal.

2. High light transmittance.

Capacitive screen is not only used for operation, but more importantly, it is used to watch and enjoy the contents of the screen with TFT-LCD panel under it.The transmittance of glass capacitive screen is as high as 85%.

3. Smooth touch.

The glass material is very smooth, and the fingers are like flowing water, which makes the manipulation feel very smooth.
