Basic Specifications

TPS2158919V1 is multi-touch projected capacitive touch panel, supporting finger touch up to 10 points. It also works fine with latex-gloved fingers. It is desgined to replace the 21.5 inch resistive touch panel, which only supports single touch by presure. PCAP touch needs no presure. The outline dimension of TPS2158919 is very close to the LCD outline. We can assemble the touch to LCD before shipping. There are optical bonding and tape bonding for option. For equipment in normal environment without different temperature difference, we recommend tape bonding for you. It is recommended to industrial applications, indoor commercial devices and etc.

TPS2158919V1 is one of our standard 21.5 inch projected capacitive touch panels. It is powered and driven by ILI2510 from ILITEK. It supports multi-touch, compatible with Windows, Android, and Linux operating systems. It features:

• multi-touch, up to 10 points finger touch, latex gloved finger touch;
• glass-on-glass structure, tempered glass optically bonded on touchscreen sensor glass;
• FPC position on the short side, you can install it horizontal or vertical as per your structure need;
• sensor glass same dimension with cover glass;
• cover glass outline dimension very close to TFT-LCD outline.

Customizing Service

Exactly, the touch sensor is the standard model which is always off-the-shelf. The cover glass is customized according to clients' requirements. You can customize the dimension, size, thickness, shape, color and etc. You can also customize the glass type, for example, use a grey glass, or a mirror glass on top of the touch sensor. The coating on the cover glass is also for option, anti-glare, anti-reflective, anti-fingerprint, anti-backteria.
