Carbon steel flange is a kind of flange made of carbon steel, which can be divided into A105 material, Q235 material, 16Mn material, 20 material and so on according to the content of various trace elements. As carbon steel flange itself does not have anti-corrosion function, so the main anti-corrosion treatment is oiling, painting and galvanizing. Carbon steel flange is one of the flange products with good mechanical properties. Its raw material is usually billet, which is heated after cutting. After heating, it is put into the mould and hammered continuously to clean the defects such as segregation, porosity and air inside the billet. So carbon steel flange pressure and temperature resistance is better, generally suitable for high temperature and high pressure environment.
