Charateristic

4. But it will be severely corroded in the pipeline with reducing acid (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, etc.), unless the concentration of hydrochloric acid is very low. 

5.  The martensitic alloy elbow has high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and water vapor corrosion resistance under 650 ℃, but its weldability is poor .

6.  Therefore, it is often used in high temperature water vapor pipeline and water gas pipeline.

Specification

1.  According to the curvature radius, alloy elbow can be divided into long radius elbow and short radius alloy elbow.

2.  Long radius alloy elbow refers to the outer diameter of the pipe whose radius of curvature is equal to 1.5 times, that is, r = 1.5D.

3.  Short radius alloy elbow means that its radius of curvature is equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, that is, r = 1.0d. (D is the diameter of alloy elbow, R is the radius of curvature).

4.  The manufacturing standards of alloy elbow are GB, anis, JIS, BS, DIN, etc.

5.  According to the pressure rating, there are about 17 kinds of alloy elbows, which are the same as the standards of pipes.

6. It including: sch5s, sch10s, sch10, sch20, sch30, sch40s, STD, sch40, sch60, sch80s, XS; sch80, schh100, sch120, sch140, sch160, XXS; and STD and XS are commonly used.
