Description

    Elbow is a fitting that changes the direction of a run. Specification

1. The surface quality and mechanical properties are basically the same as that of pipes. For the convenience of welding, the steel grade of pipe fittings and connected pipes is the same.

2. All 45 degree elbows shall be surface treated to remove the oxide scale on the internal and external surfaces.

3.  In order to facilitate transportation and prevent corrosion and oxidation, it is necessary to do this work at home and abroad.

4.  The export packing of 45 degree elbow needs to be made into wooden box, about 1 cubic meter.

5.  It is stipulated that the number of elbows in this box should not exceed one ton. This standard allows a suit, i.e. a large set should be small, but the total weight should not exceed one ton.

6.  For large elbows, a single package is required, like 24 ″ elbows. The packing mark shall indicate the size, steel grade, batch number, manufacturer's trademark, etc.

7. 45 degree socket welding elbow is a kind of high-pressure elbow pipe connecting fitting, which is mainly formed by forging blank of round steel or ingot and then processed by lathe.

8.  It is a kind of forged socket pipe fittings. Common standards include GB / t14383-93, GB / t14383-2008, American Standard ASME B16.11, petrochemical standard sh3410, Ministry of chemical industry standard Hg / t21634, etc.
