WNS series automatic oil-fired, gas-fired boilers were adopted advanced international three-pass and wet back structure. The boilers are matched excellent imported brand burners and high automatic control system.
Working principle of gas steam boiler
After the fuel and air are fully mixed, they are ignited and burned to produce high-temperature flue gas. The boiler furnace is positive pressure.
After the high-temperature flue gas is burned in the furnace, it enters the second return thread pipe bundle through the back combustion chamber, and then passes through the front cigarette box. Into the third return thread pipe bundle, and finally discharged into the atmosphere.
The boiler furnace, the back combustion chamber and the smoke pipe are all immersed in water. During the flow of the flue gas, these components exchange heat by the temperature difference between the flue gas and the water, and the steam is generated by the main steam valve.
