Boiler Running Advantages
1. Safe and reliable.
(1) Whole wet back structure and transition multi-loop full-temperature condenser design, ND just material, fin tube design,which highly reduces the back plate sheet temperature(around 50°).
(2) Double layer 12cm aluminum silicate insulation material,two stage anti-leak design and tight seal to avoid leakage phenomenon.
(3) Design tension bars,increasing the tube plate strength, preventing cracking.
2. Long life span(More than 20 years ).
(1) 5-10% overload capacity design and reasonably configurate spare parts, reduce equipment fatigue.
(2) New type refractory material, solidification strong, long using life, which will not fall off after shaking.
(3) Smoke chamber ultrasonic testing, over pressure 40-50% water pressure test,ensure the boiler quality.
3. Intelligent and fully automatic.
(1) Adopt world famous brand burner,including baltur, riello from italy, weishaupt,hofat from Germany,Olin from Finland, etc.
(2) Adopt mechanical-electrical integration control equipment and programmable logic controller(PLC) touch screen electric control cabinet.
(3) Continuous feeding water vertical multistage centrifugal stainless steel pump,no need manual adjustment and at same time, ensure the stable&safety running of boiler.
Boiler Application
1. Food Industry
Industrial steam boiler for food & beverage industry is used in the processes of distillation, sterilization, disinfect, extraction, drying, and curing, etc. The boiler should be clean and environmental protection, so, it is better to use the clean energy as the fuel, such as natural gas, biomass fuel, and electricity.
2. Brewery/Brewhouse
In brewery, steam is used for drying green malt, gelatinizing/saccharifing raw materials, boiling wort, fermenting beer, and pasteurizing bottles. Otherwise, hot water is also used for sanitization. Generally, the steam boiler with 0.5ton~2ton capacity is enough for a brewery, while, based on the production ability, the steam capacity is a little different.
3. Sugar Mill
In sugar mill, steam plays a significant role for the processes of heating, gelatinization, and saccharify. The temperature needed is from about 30℃ to 80℃.There is a heating equipment under the mash kettle, steam enter into the heating equipment and then heat the raw material in mash kettle. Steam boiler is used for heating, gelatinization, and saccharify, etc.
4. Textile Industry
Industrial boiler plays a significant role in the textile industry, the steam boiler is used for different processes, such as dyeing and drying, and support the use of resing finishing stenter, dyeing machine, drying room, and mixing mill, etc. The needed temperature of textile process is 60~180℃. Yuanda boiler developed a wide range of industrial boilers that could be used for textile industry.
5. Paper Processing Industry
In paper processing industry, there are many processes (drying, corrugating, boiling, etc.) that need steam. For example, steam is necessary for drying, after squeezing, the paper still contain a large amount of water (53%~70%), then steam boiler is used for drying paper, and combine used with the cast iron dryer.
