Boiler design advantages

1. You will save the fuel consumption cost (save oil 3-5kg/h) and have low loss of thermal heat effiency(exceed 92%).
a. Three pass structure,which extend the flow of smoke and enhance the heat transfer.
b. Adopt bog size whole corrugated furnace,big heating area,sastify the free expansion of boiler, improve the boiler effiency.
c. Whole adopt corrugated tubes,strengthening heat transfer and eliminating welding stress. Other companies also use corrugated tubes, but we adopt the latest professor “Li Zhiguang”(a very famous boiler expert in China) technology,the depth of the screw thread and spacing between two screw threads are rationally designed.

Boiler application

1. Brewery/Brewhouse

In brewery, steam is used for drying green malt, gelatinizing/saccharifing raw materials, boiling wort, fermenting beer, and pasteurizing bottles. Otherwise, hot water is also used for sanitization. Generally, the steam boiler with 0.5ton~2ton capacity is enough for a brewery, while, based on the production ability, the steam capacity is a little different. 2. Sugar Mill

In sugar mill, steam plays a significant role for the processes of heating, gelatinization, and saccharify. The temperature needed is from about 30℃ to 80℃.There is a heating equipment under the mash kettle, steam enter into the heating equipment and then heat the raw material in mash kettle. Steam boiler is used for heating, gelatinization, and saccharify, etc. Heating equipment is equipped under mash kettle, and then steam produced by boiler enter into the heating equipment, and then heat the raw materials for starch hydrolysis.
