Introduction

WNS series gas/oil fired steam boiler is horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 500kg to 20ton/h capacity, use all kinds of gas and oil fuels,such as natural gas, lpg,lng,cng,city gas,biogas, diesel oil,heavy oil.

Boiler design advantages

1. You will save the fuel consumption cost (save oil 3-5kg/h) and have low loss of thermal heat effiency(exceed 92%).
(1). Three pass structure,which extend the flow of smoke and enhance the heat transfer.
(2). Adopt bog size whole corrugated furnace,big heating area,sastify the free expansion of boiler, improve the boiler effiency.
(3). Whole adopt corrugated tubes,strengthening heat transfer and eliminating welding stress. Other companies also use corrugated tubes, but we adopt the latest professor “Li Zhiguang”(a very famous boiler expert in China)technoly,the depth of the screw thread and spacing between two screw threads are rationally designed.
2. You will get enough steam output and high quality steam.
(1). Our boiler design big size water volume,the steam output is stable and steam quality is good.
(2). Design special steam water separator,reduce steam humidity and improve steam quality.
3. You can operate the boiler at safe and reliable case.
(1). Whole wet back structure and transition multi-loop full-temperature condenser design, ND just material, fin tube design,which highly reduces the back plate sheet temperature(around 50°).
(2). Double layer 12cm aluminum silicate insulation material,two stage anti-leak design and tight seal to avoid leakage phenomenon.
(3). Design tension bars,increasing the tube plate strength, preventing cracking.
(4). Explosion proof door design,prevent explosion, reduce the damage to the boiler, improve the safety of boiler.
(5). Two water level gauges and two Spring Safety Valve, Backup protection, safe and reliable.
4. You can use the boiler for longer life (More than 25 years ).
(1). 5-10% overload capacity design and reasonably configurate spare parts,reduce equipment fatigue.
(2). New type refractory material,solidification strong, long using life,which will not fall off after shaking.
(3). Smoke chamber ultrasonic testing, overpressure 40-50% water pressure test,ensure the boiler quality.
(4). Raw materials are provided by China famous steel and steel pipe factory provide, which controls the boiler quality from source.

(2). Adopt mechanical-electrical integration control equipment and programmable logic controller(PLC) touch screen electric control cabinet.
(3). Continuous feeding water vertical multistage centrifugal stainless steel pump,no need manual adjustment and at same time, ensure the stable&safety running of boiler.
