Thermal Oil Heater Boiler brief introduction

Thermal Oil Heater Boiler is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics. Thermal Oil Heater Boiler uses hot oil as heat transfer medium, hot oil circulation pump to make the medium has a forced circulation, then deliver the heat to heating need equipment and then go back to the heating furnace. Thermal Oil Heater Boiler adopts horizontal chamber-fired three-coil pipe structure, the boiler body is composed of an outer coil pipe, a middle coil pipe and an inner coil pipe. Thermal Oil Heater Boiler can be used for heating in various production process where the heating temperature is between 150℃ and 350℃.

Thermal Oil Heater Boiler features:
1). Three pass coil pipes design, thermal oil goes through the coil pipes and fire in the furnace(fire is surrounded by oil), which makes the boiler has big radiation heating area, highly improves the boiler efficiency and preventing deformation of boiler shell in high temperature heating.
2). Unique heating surface of the back of boiler--smoke turning around room is wet back design(smoke turning around room is surrounded with oil), which avoids dry heating of tube sheets and reduce heat loss.
3). Unique coil integration process, no gaps between coils, then Smoke will not be chaotic and short-circulate. Smoke flows long and smooth, makes the boilers heating enough and efficiency high.
4).  Energy saving device design(air preheater, waste heater boiler or economizer is designed behind the boiler), which makes the exhaust temperature low and improves 10% of boiler efficiency.
5). Double-layer aluminum silicate insulation, makes the temperature of shell surface not more than 40℃,which is energy saving and efficient.
6). Dislocation double sealing slot design,secondary leakage prevention, which seals very tight and avoid leakage.

our service team. But the Buyer will be only in charge of:

1. The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.

• Board and lodging of seller’s workers for the entire period at the end-user’s site.
• Necessary communication cost.
• Service fee of Seller’s worker: USD 100/day/person, for the entire period at the end-user’s site. This quotation excludes all consumables during erection, commission and trail run, like instrument, common tools, installation auxiliaries and oil etc.
