Automatic Feeding Bagasse Fired Steam Boiler Used For Food Production
There are two types boiler for the biomass fuel burning.
One is SZL, it's a double-drum offset hearth(D-type layout), great apply for biomass fuel,environmental protection and energy conservation,and is a key promoted product of national energy-saving projects.Honor of this boiler:
The other is DZL chain grate stoker automatic feeding fuel and removing dregs type.
SZL D type biomass boiler, the furnace structure (D) is adopted with double drum, high technical content and energy saving and environmental protection. The series products won the second prize of national science and technology progress, won the golden lion of Singapore new product fair, are the national energy-saving engineering key promotion product.
This boiler adopt chain grate,suitable for molding pellet fuel,can add a small amount of wood,wood block,also can burn with coal. This boiler adopt the newest achievements in scientific research, such as:Arched Tube plate, thread smoke tube etc, solve the tube plate crack of shell type boiler, Water wall tube burst, low efficiency, insufficient of power,Poor pf coal type adaptability etc.
