Boiler introduction
Biomass boiler is the steam boiler use biomass as fuel, such as peanut shells, rice hulls, wood blocks (wood chips), sawdust, etc. There are severial biomass boier model for choose, here i introduce DZL boiler model for you:
DZL model is a horizontal automatic chain grate biomass fired steam boiler, large furnace with fire-water tube design, a new eco-friendly and energy-saving product co-developed by our company and famous Harbin institute of Technology and director of Beijing Institute of Light Boiler.
1. Wing flue
Function: cut down the smoke temperature inside the high temperature tube plate ,so as to slow down subcooled boiling
Purpose: reduce the thermal load at the bottom of boiler,prevent tube plate cracking ,prevent convex drum
2. Return water eject to the high temperature tube plate
F: Improve the flow rate of high temperature tube plate and prevent subcooled boiling
P: prevent the tube plate cracking
3. Ejector pipe
F: Increase the flow rate of water on water cooling wall in order to prevent subcooled boiling
P: To prevent pipe explosion,Increase the reliability of water cycle
4. Smoke and dust separator chamber
F: Separate smoke and dust according to inertia
P: reduce the original effluent concentration of soot
