Tumble Belt Type Shot Blast Machine With Automatic Feeding For Machinery, Foundry, Forging, Mechanical Industry

Track loading device (optional), blast wheel, abrasive recycle system, separator, dust collector, control system.
The tumble blast design has been recognized for decades as the most effective blasting process for removing scale, rust and burrs from mass production parts that require the rubber mill design found in our Model Q32 tumble blast machines. The tumble blast machine’s endless rubber mill continuously turns the work pieces and exposes them to the abrasive stream for the entire blasting time.
Features
● Pulse jet bag type dust collector,dust remove efficiency is over 99%. Good for environmental protection. A cartridge type dust collector can control the dust concentration under 50 mg/m³.
● Automatic loader for massive continuous production connected to a production line.

● Our barrel blast machine are designed to process a variety of parts that can be tumbled.
● The endless conveyor belt and lateral round place creates a trough in which parts are treated.

Applications
It is a tumble belt conveyor machine designed and built as fully integrated blast cleaning system. It provides a cost-effective solution for batch cleaning, deburring, descaling, decoring, deflashing and peening a wide variety of products including: Ferrous and non-ferrous castings, heat treated forgings, small automotive parts, die castings,fasteners..and much more.
Shot peening of heavily stressed components.
Desanding and descaling of castings and forgings.
Preparation of surfaces for protective coating.
Cleaning of castings and forgings.
Aesthetic finishing of dye castings of aluminum,zinc and alloy steels.
Removal of heat treated scales.
