Description
It is a tumble belt conveyor machine designed and built as fully integrated blast cleaning system. It provides a cost-effective solution for batch cleaning, deburring, descaling, decoring, deflashing and peening a wide variety of products including: Ferrous and non-ferrous castings, heat treated forgings, small automotive parts, die castings,fasteners..and much more.
Shot peening of heavily stressed components.
Desanding and descaling of castings and forgings.
Preparation of surfaces for protective coating.
Cleaning of castings and forgings.
Aesthetic finishing of dye castings of aluminum,zinc and alloy steels.
Removal of heat treated scales.
The tumble blast design has been recognized for decades as the most effective blasting process for removing scale, rust and burrs from mass production parts that require the rubber mill design found in our Model Q32 tumble blast machines. The tumble blast machine’s endless rubber mill continuously turns the work pieces and exposes them to the abrasive stream for the entire blasting time.

Tumble belt shot blaster/tumble shot blasting machine are used for treatment small work piece as like screws,steel bolts,in preparation for next glavanizing treatment,aluminum die-casting and its alloys,brass and steel hot pressing,various mechanical components,small casting parts,forge parts and so on.
The rubber belt tumble shot blasting machine is fitted with endless rubber conveyor belt gives gentle of turning of the parts to be shot blasted.it is suitable for foundry,forging,surface preparation,aluminum deburring.
