Description: the silicone sheet, silicone membrane, silicone roll are made with high quality silicone material on special rotocure vulcanizer or plain press vulcanizer according to the different request size from the buyers. General silicone sheet 0.5-12mm x 0.5-1.5m x 1-10m produce on 4rollers rotocure vulcanizer, super width and special silicone sheet 1.0-8.0mm x 1.5-3.8m x 10-20m produce on 2rollers rotocure vulcanizer, super thin and special silicone sheet 0.1-1.0mm x 0.3-1.0m x 25-50m produce on special oven road vulcanizer, super thick silicone sheet produce on plain press vulcanizer. We depend on the advanced manage, innovative technique and strict quality control with excellent silicone material and vulcanizer machine, ravel out the problem of lower smooth surface and high thickness tolerance of rotocure vulcanizer machine, and also ravel out the problem of restricted width, length and visible joint on press vulcanizing machine. It is triumphantly without joint and with infinite length under the above mentioned excellence. We have the super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press with 4000mm width and high quality products maximum width 3800mm seamless without joint. High quality silicone rubber with good performance of anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat-resistant, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistant, nonpoisonous and tasteless, pollution-free. Working in air, water, oil and other medium at the temperature of -60°C - +260°C(moment maximum 300°C) with the high stability, reliability and surface inactive without sticky. Apply to punch all kinds of rubber seal, rubber gasket or special for wooden PVC vacuum laminator, steel door vacuum laminator, safety glass vacuum laminating bags, solar photovoltaic module vacuum laminator, hot press laminator, card press laminator and others application etc.
