Does HK5404 require a specific AC voltage to work?
HK5404 can work with 110V to 240V AC power outlets. You do not need to adjustment for it to work.
What are the protocls?What about interface? Does it have modbus tcp or rs232 or else?

How to control it? Does it use some communication interface? Profinet? To comunicate with siemens plc?
You can control the robot by TCP/IP or wifi. Also you can connect your PLC with the robot by 24V signal.
We have 24v digital signal for input and output. For example, you can send one 24v signal to the robot, and the robot will go to the position defined before.
