6. If there are any questions during using,we would communicate thru video and our engineer could provide after-service support for you.
7. Our robot is suitable for grasping, assembling, gluing and screwing small parts, which be widely used in small auto parts, 3C, lens processing, educational and other industries.
8. Robot can be connected by network cable or wireless WIFI, which can be used in conjunction with the vision. We will provide relevant protocols. Customers need to prepare cameras and also need visual supporting software, as well as visual system debugging.

♦ Yes,our robot can rotate the products 180 degrees.
2. Are you able to put my company name on the machine, or show no label on the machine and tablet screen?
♦ Yes, we can custom your company name or logo on the machine when the quantity exceed 30 sets.
3. How will the robot work with our production line?
♦ Our robot has 5 inputs/outputs,which can connect PLC to access the signal of your production line, so that the robot and the production line can work together. If not enough, which can be extended by 16 external inputs / outputs modules.
4. Is the load 1kg at the end of the arm fully extended? Please give me the load at different distances from the axis of rotation (base) of the robot.
♦ Currently,the farthest distance is 1kg load.
5. How many inputs and how many outputs?
♦ Our robot has 5 I/O itself, if not enough, which can add extra 16 I/O.
6. Can the robot run without the tablet after it is programmed?
♦ Yes, the robot can.
7. How long is your lead time?
♦ Normally, it is about 15 working days. If we have robots in stock, we can send out immediately
