Introduction of piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor :
HT-IQ is a flush diaphragm pressure sensor with a highly stable diffused silicon chip. The pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through a stainless steel diaphragmand sealed silicon oil. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium. This product features a flat diaphragm structure, making it easy to clean and highly reliable. It is suitable for applications in industries such as food and hygiene.
