The hydraulic oil press uses the physical hydraulic method to produce edible oil, which does not change the internal structure of the material and has no effect on the nutritional ingredient of the oil. At the same time, the process can improve the quality of oil and avoid harmful substances such as trans- fatty acids and oil polymers caused by high-temperature processing. Specially desgined For extraction of oil from oily wastes like tank sediment and used perlite, working with the specially designed press filter will got the high quality cooking oil directly.
Working principle:
The hydraulic box provides power, and then pushes the solid piston in the press chamber to extrude the material, which is blocked by the top roof, so the oil is extruded, when the pressure reaches 60Mpa, the pressure will automatically fall down, the piston will also fall, when the pressure drops to about 50Mpa, the piston will go up again, press the material and extrude the oil repeatedly.
