Basis Information of Screw Oil Press Machine:
6YL-130 A is a refined oil press that has been continuously updated by professional engineers. It has the advantages of high oil yield, saving time and effort. The machine is made of alloy steel for longer life and stable and durable performance. It can extract more than 30 kinds of materials such as peanuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp and rapeseed. The machine comes with vacuum oil filter system can get healthy edible oil, and the L-type feeding system can realize automatic secondary pressing, saving labor.
Working priciple:
The working principle is that the oil is extruded from the material embryo and discharged from the slots and oil troughs of the strip and circle rows by the continuous pushing of the material embryo in the squeezing chamber and the change of the space volume of the squeezing chamber from large to small, and the oil can be directly eaten in a barrel after deep filtration of the oil tank.
