Work principle of sesame oil press machine:
The sesame oil press machine is powered by the hydraulic tank that pushes the piston up to press the raw material in the press kettle.
Then the oil will come out from oil line. This is Pure physical pressing, without heating and add anything, it can make sure high quality oil.
Our machine can cold and hot press, below is different of cold press and hot press:
Cold press workflow:
Cold press no need heating before pressing, it can press directly, the oil quality is higher than hot press.
Hot press:
Hot press need roasting before pressing, but the oil yield is higher than cold press.
II. Detail show
1. The large screw of sesame oil press machine is made high quality steel and have high hardness.
2. Toop roof use Wugang Q345, it is enough strong to protect this machine.
3. Internal temperature control parts: this part is very important, it can adjust the temperature and it also can control the pressure. When the pressure is 60Mpa, the machine will stop working, the pressure will be released, when the pressure down to 50Mpa, machine will begain to press materials again, press repeatedly until the oil is squeezed clean.
5. Working table can put the oil cake and cotton pad to make the operating more convenient.
6. Release pressure bar: It can release the working pressure to protect the user's safety.
7. Relaese pressure valve: the function is same as release pressure bar.
8. Hydraulic tank: This is most important for this machine. It can provide the power for this machine to work.
9. Base use Wugang Q345 material, it is enough strong to support the weight of the entire machine.
