Supercritical extraction technology is a green separation technology emerging in the world. So supercritical fluid refers to a fluid whose thermodynamic state is above the critical point (Pc, Tc). The critical point is the point where the gas-liquid interface just disappears. Supercritical fluid has physical and chemical properties, and its density is close to that of liquid. It is close to gas, but has the characteristics of large diffusion coefficient, low viscosity and dielectric constant. It has better separation effect and is an excellent solvent.

Supercritical extraction refers to the contact between the solvent in the extraction tank and the extract at a suitable temperature under high pressure, and the solute diffuses into the solvent, and then the operating conditions are changed in the separator to separate the dissolved substances.

Separation kettle: 0.3-10L/30Mpa, 50-100L/16-22Mpa, Equipped with water jacket circulating heating and adjustable temperature.

3. Heat exchange and temperature control system: The digital display double-screen is used to control the remperature of water bath and to measure the temperature of CO2 fluid with the accuracy of temperature control at ±1℃. the heat exchange and temperature control system are equipped for extraction kettle, separation kettle and fine distillation column respectively to control the remperature of water circulation at -85 degree and the temperature of oil circulation at -150 degree.

4. Fine distillation column: According to technical requirements, 4 sections, 6 sections, and 8 sections can be provided for temperature control. Customers can choose corresponding fillings and loads according to technical requirements.

5: High pressure pump: 20L/40Mpa.h double-plunger, 50L/50Mpa.h double-plunger frequency-modulation. 400L/40Mpa.h three-plunger frequency-modulating, the pump head with cooling system.

6. Cooling system: equipped with semi-sealed or full-sealed compressor meet technological requirement.

7: Others: Voltage supply, three-phase four-wire 380V / 50HZ power supply and food grade ≥99.5% CO2 are provided by customer.

Features of the oil extraction machine:

1. Supercritical extraction can be extracted at close to room temperature (35-40°C) and under the envelope of CO2 gas, which effectively prevents the oxidation and dissipation of heat-sensitive substances. Therefore, the effective components of the extract are kept in the extract, and the substances with high boiling point, low volatility, and easy pyrolysis can be extracted at a temperature far below its boiling point;

2. The use of supercritical extraction is a clean extraction method. Since the whole process does not use organic solvents, there are no residual solvents in the extract, thus preventing the existence of harmful substances to the human body and pollution to the environment during the extraction process, ensuring 100% % Pure naturalness;

3. Extraction and separation are combined into one. When the saturated dissolved CO2 fluid enters the separator, the CO2 and the extract quickly become two-phase (gas-liquid separation) due to pressure drop or temperature change, and they are separated immediately. Not only the extraction efficiency is high, but also the energy consumption is low, which improves the production efficiency and reduces the cost;

4. CO2 is an inactive gas, no chemical reaction occurs during the extraction process, and it is a non-flammable gas, odorless, odorless, non-toxic, and very safe;

5. CO2 gas is cheap, high in purity, easy to prepare, and can be reused in production, thereby effectively reducing costs;

6. Pressure and temperature can be used to adjust the parameters of the extraction process. By changing the temperature and pressure to achieve the purpose of extraction, the pressure can also be fixed by changing the temperature to separate the substances; on the contrary, the temperature is fixed, and the extract is reduced by reducing the pressure. Separation, so the process is simple and easy to master, and the extraction speed is fast.
