Round, Square, Hexagonal Perforated Vibrating Screen Mesh
Perforated plate is also called punch plate. It can be installed on the vibrating screen machine to separate materials.
Perforated vibrating screen mesh is made by high speed feed and punching machines. It is made of different materials, and is offered in a range of round, square, slotted or hexagonal patterns.
Perforated vibrating screen mesh has a smooth screening surface, no high point, so it can avoid being worn rapidly and improve the service life. The smooth screen surface can also effectively separate the oversized material from the undersized particles.
Perforated vibrating screen mesh is widely used in various industries for separating and screening any material from sugar and spice to sand and gravel.
There are three types of perforated vibrating screen mesh.
The square perforated screen mesh is the most frequently used type in the perforated screening plate. The hole pattern can be straight or staggered.
Accurately sized aggregate can be directly matched to the required testing sieve opening and in many screening circumstances, the square opening plate can be designed to offer the equivalent open area of wire cloth.

Round perforated vibrating screen is the standard, it offers the least open area, although it is sometimes the best choice where plugging occurs and accurately sized material is needed. The aggregate material, which attempts to pass the round openings and cannot, is freely discharged due to the consistent round opening shape.
Round perforated vibrating screen supplies the extreme accuracy separating function in the anthracite, bituminous coal, metallic ore and other places.
Hexagonal vibrating screen mesh offers the best compromise between square opening and round opening in situations where plugging occurs. Hexagonal shaped screening plate offers the greatest amount of open area due to its geometric shape. It is also a good choice where higher production of accurately sized material is needed.
