6. Mesh Belt Tempering Furnace Technical Details
The mesh belt tempering furnace adopts upper heating, and each heating
area is equipped with a circulating fan to achieve uniform temperature in the
furnace. The mesh belt is driven through the support rollers.

6.2 furnace body
Furnace shell:14000* 2400*1860mm, made of 6mm steel plate and section
steel, and the furnace cover is divided into several pieces, removable and
easy to maintain. The underframe is welded with 100 * 100mm square pipe
and 100# channel steel. The front end of the furnace body is provided with
a front frame
6.3 mesh belt driving device
6.3.1 mesh belt transmission is adopted for workpiece transmission.
6.3.2 the mesh belt adopts support roller transmission and rear driving type to
make the mesh belt bear the minimum tension at high temperature.

6.4.1 The top adopts aluminum silicate fiber cotton wrapped with SUS304
stainless steel plate as the air guide hood. The lining thickness is 280mm.
6.4.2 The furnace wall adopts insulating brick T3-08 + cera blanket 1260,
and the lining thickness is 330mm.
6.4.3 Insulating brick T3 + calcium silicate board 1000 are used at the
furnace bottom, and the lining thickness of furnace bottom is 250mm.
6.4.4 The silica gel is used as the refractory adhesive, which has the
characteristics that the higher the temperature is, the stronger the contact
surface is.
6.5 heating device
6.5.1 All the main natural gas pipelines are connected by welding or flange,
and threaded joints are sealed with special sealant. Leakage detection is
carried out after pipeline installation. Matching natural gas flowmeter is installed
at the inlet of natural gas pipeline. Limit temperature protection system is set in
combustion chamber and furnace of each zone to set limit protection temperature.
Once the temperature is out of control and ultra-high, it can cut off the gas
system and relevant safety facilities in time.
6.5.2 In case of gas system failure and over limit temperature, it is necessary to
automatically cut off the main gas valve in time and give audible and visual alarm.
6.5.3 combustion control system
Each set of high-speed burner is equipped with stable and reliable SIC65HB
burner controller. The functions of purging, ignition, flame detection and flameout
protection are completed in the control system, and the on-site controller completes
the functions of ignition, flame detection and on-site commissioning. Each burner is
equipped with a flameout alarm device to realize automatic flameout monitoring and
power-off valve closing protection. Once the burner goes out or burns poorly, the
control system will immediately cut off the natural gas solenoid valve in front of the
burner and give an alarm. At the same time, all valves are electrically closed, which
will automatically cut off the valves in case of power failure to prevent accidents.
The automatic control system adopts advanced on-off pulse control mode,
which has the advantages of accurate temperature control, improving the
temperature uniformity of radiation tubes and making the furnace temperature
more uniform. The conveyor heat treatment furnace temperature control outputs 220V
valve position control signal to the burner controller through PLC according to the thermocouple
signal and PID operation, so as to control the combustion and stop of the burner.
When the actual furnace temperature is much lower than the set furnace
temperature, the burners in the whole temperature control area burn in a large fire.
When the actual furnace temperature is close to the set furnace temperature, the
PLC will reduce the number of combustion burners through PID operation. The
burners that stop combustion are controlled by PLC and stop automatically, so as
to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature. At the same time, the time ratio
of combustion and shutdown of each burner can be set in PLC. The air-gas ratio
and air-gas synchronization during burner combustion are controlled by the
air-gas proportional valve. When the air solenoid valve is opened, the air volume
increases, and the air-gas proportional valve automatically opens at the same
time to increase the gas supply, and vice versa. Each burner is equipped with
an air-gas proportional valve to realize the proportional combustion of burner
air and gas, and has the synchronization of air and gas. In addition, the air-gas
proportional valve also has the pressure stabilizing function to make the
pressure in the gas pipeline more stable.
