1. Features of Oil Fired Copper Melting Furnace
1.1 The oil fired copper melting furnace adopts the advanced Riello
burner with PID control, which significantly
reduces energy consumption. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±5℃.
1.2The oil fired copper melting furnace is equipped with thermal couples.
1.3 The oil fired copper melting furnace adopts Vesuvius brand graphite
crucible, which has a good thermal
conductivity, a long life, and no iron hyperplasia.
1.4 The oil fired copper melting furnace lining is comprised of high strength
castable material and quality heat
preservation material.
1.5The oil fired copper melting furnace is equipped with liquid leak alarm,
over-temperature alarm and other
functions to ensure the safety of equipment and operation.
1.6 The metal liquid is automatically poured out, easy, safe and reliable.
1.7 The copper melting furnace has a working temperature of 1250℃.
1.8 We could also supply the operation platform for the copper melting furnace.

suitable for small capacity 350kg, 500kg, 800kg, and 1000kg.
The gas or oil fired crucible melting furnace works with graphite crucible.
