1.Features
1.1 The structure design is reasonable, the pit type furnace temperature is uniform, and the temperature difference between the upper and lower working areas is small, which is especially suitable for the heating and heat treatment of long shaft workpieces.
1.2 The energy-saving furnace lining is adopted, with fast temperature rise and small empty furnace loss, which saves more than 20% energy compared with the old products.
1.3 The gas nitriding furnace cover is divided into open type and integral type, and the workpiece can be hung inside the furnace or outside the furnace. It is convenient for users to choose according to different needs.
1.4 the control system can be equipped with conventional control instruments or instruments with microprocessor program control as required.
1.5 when the process requires, protective atmosphere can be introduced into the furnace to realize less oxidation heating.
1.6 Each product is equipped with interlock and overtemperature protection devices, which can be operated reliably.
1.7. Different pit type heating furnaces and tempering furnaces, together with quenching tanks and cleaning machines, can be selected to form a pit type heat treatment furnace production line to expand the process application scope and production capacity of the furnace.

2.Working Principle
This series of products work in the way of pre vacuumizing atmosphere protection. During operation, the furnace is first vacuumized and then filled with high-purity nitrogen or carburizing atmosphere for protective heating, so as to achieve the purpose of less oxidation heating. Due to the use of mixing fan, the furnace has high uniformity of furnace temperature. The pit type furnace for heat treatment is mainly used for quenching mechanical parts and bright annealing of silicon steel sheets and copper materials. In order to improve production efficiency, users can choose the working mode of one furnace with multiple tanks.
